• Full balance is due at least 5 days before the event date.
  
  
• Payments are non-refundable unless agreed otherwise in writing.
  
  

2. Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellation must be made in writing.
  
  
• Deposits are non-refundable.
  
  
• Refunds (if applicable) are processed within 10 working days.
  
  

3. Use of Equipment

• All equipment must be used responsibly and returned in original condition.
  
  
• Damages or missing items may incur additional charges.
  
  

4. Liability

• Grand Hire Herts is not liable for any injury or damage resulting from improper use of our products.
  
  
• We are not responsible for delays due to events outside our control.
